1. Some barcodes can not be read , why ?

in complete , unclear and high-density barcodes might not be read .

It is possible taht the settings id off by default for some barcode types are not conmmonly used .You need to turn on the barcode type to get it work .Please feel free to contact us if you don;t know the exact type of the barcode you are refering to .

2.I uploaded the data I scanner , per the screen it says upload completer.Where is the uploaded data on my pc ?

First you need to be sure which type of document and put the cursor at where you want input the data and then start export, the data will be transmitted to the document you opened .
